What we collect
What you give us at request and certification: your name, city, preferred language, cellar details, photographs, temperature records, and your email.
What we do with it
Run your membership, form your group, issue your certification, and send you the Cellar Letter.
Three levels, kept separate
What you choose to show in the Room: your name, your broad region, your interests, and the cellar details you publish. What is shared in your group: what is said in a group session stays in that group. Sessions are not recorded. Your certification records: temperature records and certification photographs are seen only by Belmour and its reviewers.
Addresses
Exact home addresses never appear in the Room.
What we never do
We never sell your data. Nothing you publish is public or indexed by search engines.
Leaving
If your membership ends, your published cellar is removed, not archived. Your certification remains valid to its expiry date.
